Recruiting
Transfer Portal
Recruit transfer portal first! Generating excitement about our program and what we offer to experienced players in this new recruiting landscape is paramount to a program's success! We must be funded to compete for championships and wins on the court. Using 25 years of recruiting contacts and adaptablity I understand and can find those players to fill out a winning roster. I also understand and can retain players for optimal opportunities for success. I did this for 2 years while competing as an INDEPENDENT at the NCAA D I level.
NIL MONEY
RECRUITING NIL MONEY FIRST!!!! This is paramount to a programs success as we move forward into a new age of NCAA WBB. The Athletic Department's support will play a MAJOR role of success in the recruiting of transfer players. I will work closely with the group (s) who are also aligned in our success in this area. I have done a year long study and research to best find creative and lucrative ways to provide student athletes with a successful plan to enhance all individual opportunities. There are many online tools, groups , and individuals we can partner with to provide this success, outside of Athletic Department support.
Generating excitement about our program and wanting players to transfer in is the new way and NIL gets us there faster and our next job is protect our program!

Recruit in state first! Generating excitement about our program and wanting family to come watch the play in college. We are proud of our team and want to local community to support us!
National
National contacts so everybody knows and gets excited about it. Having been the recruiting coordinator while at the US Naval Academy has lead to many national AAU / HS programs for us to recruit from for our program's rise!

Matching that criteria early in the recruiting process is a priority . To then develop a relationship with the athlete I must establish trust and foster mutual respect.
